Working for owners, developers, estate agencies, holiday rental companies, there is so much in this category that needs capturing.

I've been lucky enough to travel to Switzerland and Scotland to capture hotels and guest houses, both photo and video and no job is ever the same, so I like to make sure I get what the client wants to promote the property I am capturing.

From video walkrounds, to outdoor drone footage, to showing off internal spaces to promote the properties and get people interested in them.

I've also been able to do roof surveys to show parts of the roof that either need replacing, or to show any leaks, leaves, blockages, broken bricks, etc that need immediate action.
