 Where to find me

Once parked up in the small car park, head into the woods and take the very first left hand path to get to my location as the left path will lead you directly to me.

You will walk past a rock snake as seen here…

Then just over that ridge, head further into the wood and you will see me.

If you are able to arrive a little bit earlier than your designated time, that gives you time to walk through the woods and so that we can start capturing you right away to get the maximum amount of time before the next family.

If I am capturing a family at the time of your arrival, please do wait a bit further back so as to not distract them, just in case they are feeling nervous of course.

Due to the time of year, they should now be out in bloom, but each year it differes, so I have put these dates right in the middle of their 4-5 week life cycle.Bluebell Pop Up Photoshoot - Richard Jarmy

I will keep and eye on the weather and although it is looking a little humid, the rain should be holding off until 6pm on Saturday 6th and if it has rained overnight, then it may be a little soft underfoot on the Sunday so just be careful of course. If it takes a turn for the worse, then we can reschedule.

Thank you all again and looking forward to seeing you on the day.

My mobile number is 07799031820 should you need anything, but obivously whilst I am capturing families, I may not be able to answer the phone. xx

A Huge thanks goes out to the East Hills Woods Volunteer team (Friends of the Tud) but most importantly to the amazing Pauline Williamson, who looked after the woods for years and was the kindest person you could meet and allowed me to capture the bluebells each year in ‘her woods’. She was so so very happy that people were coming to see all the hard work that the volunteer team put into make it look how it does today and to enjoy it all. xxx
